Established in 1996, Bizzy Agency is one of the UK's longest-running independent talent agencies, representing babies, children, teenagers and adults across the UK and Ireland.

What began as a small, family-run London agency with just a handful of talented children has grown into the multi-award-winning Bizzy Agency of today — while remaining proudly family owned and independently run.
We represent talent for television, film, commercials, photographic campaigns, theatre, voice-over and other professional productions, working with casting professionals, production companies and brands across the industry.
Over three decades, thousands of artists have passed through our books and our talent has worked with some of the UK's — and the world's — best-known brands and productions.
Diversity has always been an important part of Bizzy Agency.
Our clients aren't looking for one particular "type" of person — and neither are we.
We represent babies, children, teenagers and adults from a huge variety of backgrounds, appearances, abilities and experience levels. From experienced performers to exciting new faces, our aim is to maintain a varied and commercially relevant roster that reflects the real world.
Our Bizzy Angels initiative was launched in 2015 to champion greater representation for babies and children with disabilities — something we remain enormously proud of.
Casting has changed dramatically since we first opened our doors in 1996 — and Bizzy Agency has continually evolved with it.
Technology has transformed the way artists are discovered, submitted, auditioned and booked. Self-tapes, online casting systems and remote auditions have become part of everyday working life, allowing casting professionals to search for talent more quickly and across a much wider geographical area.
We continually invest in the systems and technology we use so that our artists can be efficiently presented to clients and casting professionals throughout the UK.
But although the technology has changed, the fundamentals haven't.
Great talent. Accurate information. Professional representation. Excellent communication.
Those things still matter just as much as they did in 1996.
We don't believe in simply filling our books with as many people as possible.
Applications to Bizzy Agency are assessed before representation is offered, helping us maintain the quality and variety of talent our clients expect from us.
Our team works behind the scenes every day reviewing opportunities, submitting suitable artists, managing auditions and self-tapes, liaising with clients and supporting our talent throughout the casting and booking process.
For child actors, we also work alongside Spotlight, the UK's leading professional casting platform, giving eligible young performers access to opportunities that are not available through public casting websites.
Bizzy Agency has been featured extensively across television, radio and the national press, including BBC News, Sky News and ITV's This Morning.
Our agency was also the sole subject of the four-part television documentary The Tiny Tots Talent Agency, which followed Bizzy, our young artists and their families for an entire year. The programme later aired internationally and received a TV Choice Award nomination.
Over the years our work has also been recognised with numerous business and industry awards, most recently including Best Child Talent Agency 2026 and further 2026 Prestige and Enterprise awards.
But after 30 years, we're proudest of something much simpler:

Today, Bizzy Agency represents talent throughout England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, with opportunities spanning commercial, television, film, photographic, theatrical and performance work.
Our Featured Artists division represents actors and performers, including our youngest babies and children, while our wider agency roster gives clients access to a diverse selection of talent across the UK and Ireland.
Some areas of the agency offer fee-free representation, while different terms apply to particular categories of child representation. Full information is provided clearly before an offer of representation is accepted.
We are an independent talent agency and are not affiliated with portfolio-selling or modelling-platform companies. We do not believe artists should be pressured into purchasing expensive portfolios or unnecessary services in order to obtain representation.
